The General Meeting of the Rheintal IX Association convened on March 21st, 2024, at the Postgarage in Dornbirn. Among the highlights of the meeting were the elections of two new board members, Dieter Gruber and Yves Meier, chosen by the association members to contribute their expertise and vision to the board. Workshop: Status of the Internet in Liechtenstein

At this workshop, representatives of the Liechtenstein Power Plants (LKW) and the Rheintal IX Association will discuss the status of the Internet in Liechtenstein. On the one hand, Liechtenstein should be one of the first countries in the world with a nationwide fiber optic network by the end of 2022, and on the other hand, a nationwide ring connection should be achieved around Lake Constance. 10 years Rheintal IX – a success story

Rheintal IX celebrates its tenth anniversary today, Wednesday! With the registration of the association in the Liechtenstein register of associations, the foundation stone for the operation of today’s internet hub Rheintal IX was laid on October 27, 2011. New location in Germany – SeeConnect Konstanz

We are pleased to inform you that we were able to commission a new Rheintal IX site in the SeeConnect datacenter of Stadtwerke Konstanz at the beginning of April. With this further step, we have reached the historic milestone of being represented with at least one Rheintal IX site in each of the four countries bordering the Rhine Valley and Lake Constance region (Austria, Liechtenstein, Germany and Switzerland).
